Burr & Forman LLP, a law firm with offices throughout the Southeast, announced it has merged with the central Florida firm of Graham, Builder, Jones, Pratt & Marks LLP.

The new firm will retain the Burr & Forman monicker.

“We are excited to welcome this talented group of lawyers to our firm and expand our legal resources into Florida,” Lee Thuston, the managing partner of Burr & Forman, said in a release. “This merger allows us to offer our combined client base the benefits of the many areas of expertise that exist between the two firms.”
