Atlanta’s King & Spalding has expanded its Middle East property practice, with the deployment of two senior lawyers to its Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, office.
This brings the number of lawyers and legal assistants representing the firm in the Middle East to 27.
Partner W. Clay Gibson and senior counsel Timothy N. Tucker have relocated from Atlanta to Abu Dhabi, capital of the Emirates.
Gibson will head the real estate practice in the region. He has 28 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions. He also represents real estate companies in various consolidation and capital markets transactions.
Tucker has 27 years of experience focusing on the development, acquisition, financing, leasing and disposition of office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, industrial parks, residential apartments, condominium projects and mixed-use developments.
