Kilpatrick Stockton has added Michelle Graham to its New York office. Graham will serve as Counsel in the Intellectual Property Department.
She is the seventh new attorney to join Kilpatrick Stockton’s New York office. Others include former Thelen Reid IP co-chair Fred Whitmer.
Graham focuses her practice on intellectual property matters relating to trademarks, copyrights, domain names and the Internet, unfair competition, trade secrets, right of publicity and the First Amendment. She is a member of the International Trademark Association and the New York Intellectual Property Law Association.
She received her JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, cum laude.
