Law firm Cooley Godward Kronish has established a fellowship at Harvard Law School’s Cyber Law Clinic at the Berkman Center for Internet & Society.
The Palo Alto, California law firm, which has 36 lawyers in Boston, has agreed to support the position for the next five years.
The Cooley fellow will become a key part of the Cyberlaw Clinic’s teaching and representation of clients, including individuals, start-ups, nonprofit groups and government entities, on matters including online speech and software & music licensing, among other issues.
Cooley has 675 attorneys nationally.
