Cardiff’s Darwin Gray has expanded its commercial litigation team.
Chris Davies, a newly qualified solicitor, will be assisting partners Jason Smith and Steve Thompson in general business affairs, business sales and acquisitions, company formations, shareholders’ agreements and general commercial contracts.
Fiona McLoughlin joins Darwin Gray as a paralegal. She will assist the partners in the commercial litigation department, as well as deal with debt recovery matters.
Darwin Gray was formed in 2002 to specialize in commercial property, employment, litigation and commercial law. Since then the firm has grown to seven partners with 18 lawyers and a specialist HR consultant. The firm has also expanded its range of work to include commercial agreements, intellectual property, media, franchising, sport, insolvency and construction.
