Bush, Seyferth & Paige, based in Troy, Michigan, has added Peter C. Bolton as a partner in the Bankruptcy/Creditors’ Rights Group. He joins partner Scott A. Wolfson, who leads the firm’s Bankruptcy practice. Also added to the practice group are associate attorneys Kyla K. Stepp and Anthony J. Kochis.
Prior to joining BSP, Bolton served as Associate Director of Global Supplier Risk Management for Visteon Corporation. Bolton also previously counseled clients in bankruptcy matters and loan workouts as a partner in Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP’s Bankruptcy, Reorganization and Commercial department.
Previously, Kyla K. Stepp represented a wide range of clients at Carson Fischer, P.L.C. in Bloomfield Hills, primarily focusing on bankruptcy reorganization, corporate law and commercial litigation. Anthony J. Kochis served as a legal assistant at a bankruptcy foreclosure firm specializing in creditors’ rights.
“As our Bankruptcy/Creditors’ Rights practice group continues to grow, we seek to augment our team with experience and a knowledge base that further benefits our clients,” said Wolfson. “These key additions accomplish exactly that, with individuals that complement both each other and our firm.”
