The group, including office managing partner Shawn Tucker, is made up of six partners and four associates. It includes the five attorneys who merged their practice, Oberly Jennings & Rhodunda, into Wolf Block in May 2008.
Wolf Block partner Barry M. Klayman, a founder of the firm’s Wilmington office, is not involved.
The move would increase Drinker Biddle’s Wilmington headcount to 15 attorneys.
