Kilpatrick Stockton has hired Edward Henderson, formerly of Canadian law firm Torys LLP , as a partner in the firm’s global construction & infrastructure projects practice in New York.
Henderson reps construction and real estate clients in dispute resolution, litigation and arbitration.
The firm has also brought in Jill Cox, previously at Constangy, Brooks & Smith, to join the firm’s labor & employment team out of Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
