Jones Day, which last month brought on seven bankruptcy lawyers from Kirkland & Ellis, has hired two laterals.
Partner Ronald Johnson joins from Akin Gump. He represents railroads in litigation and regulatory matters.
Lily Claffee joins as a partner from the Commerce Department, where she was general counsel. She will work in Jones Day’s government regulation practice.
