Foster Pepper Spins Off Portland Office

The Portland office of Seattle’s Foster Pepper is striking out on its own.

The new law firm, Roberts Kaplan LLP, keeps Foster Pepper’s 26 Portland-based attorneys and their staffs. The practice has been in operation for 22 years.

Roberts Kaplan partners include Managing Partner Joel Kaplan, Corporate/Banking Partner Andrew Ognall, Real Estate partner Michael Silvey, and Litigation partner Paul George.

Foster Pepper PLLC is one of the largest law firms in the Pacific Northwest, maintaining a strong presence throughout the region. They have offices in Seattle and Spokane, Washington.
