Bryan Cave has brought on two lawyers for its Hamburg, Germany office.
Philip Haleen joins as of counsel from Faegre & Benson’s Frankfurt office. He focuses on international tax matters and franchise & distribution law. He got his JD from the University of Minnesota Law School.
Iliana Haleen joins as counsel, also from Faegre & Benson. She will be part of the intellectual property group. Haleen received her law degree from the St. Clement of Ohrid University of Sofia in Sofia, Bulgaria.
