Cleveland, Ohio’s Squire Sanders has partnered with Riyadh, Saudi Arabia’s El-Khoury & Partners, as part of an effort to expand into the Middle East and North Africa.
Founded in 2005, El-Khoury has offices in Riyadh and Beirut, and employs lawyers fluent in Arabic, English and French.
The Saudi firm focuses on mergers and acquisitions, finance, communications, private/public partnerships, privatizations, energy, environmental law and international dispute resolution.
In April, Squire Sanders laid off 32 lawyers, including seven in Cleveland.
