Greg L. Berk joins Orange County, California’s Carlton DiSante & Freudenberger as a partner, to chair the new Immigration Practice Group. He joins from Atkinson Andelson in Irvine. Berk is a past Chair of the Orange County Bar Association Immigration Section, and currently serves on their Lawyer Referral Advisory Committee.
Roger D. Winston has been named chair of the real property, trust and estate law section of the American Bar Association. Winston is co-leader of the Planned Communities and Condominiums Group at Ballard Spahr’s Bethesda, Maryland office.
