We reported last month that Bingham McCutchen would merge with McKee Nelson, and operate under the Bingham McCutchen name.
This week, the merger was completed. The deal has added 120 McKee lawyers to Bingham’s Washington DC and New York offices. The combined firm now employs 1,100 lawyers nationally.
Former McKee CEO Reed Auerbach is now on Bingham’s management committee. McKee’s name partners, William McKee and William Nelson, now co-chair Bingham’s tax practice group.
