He joins the firm’s enforcement defense and government contracts practices. He received his JD from the College of William & Mary in Virginia.
Sergio A. Pozzerle joins McDermott Will & Emery in Houston, as a partner in the energy & derivatives markets group. He joins from Pillsbury. His JD is from Yale Law School, where he was senior editor of Yale Law Journal.
