Covington & Burling has hired two prominent attorneys away from Montgomery, Alabama’s Rushton, Stakely, Johnston & Garrett.
Robert Brock joins the Washington DC office of Covington & Burling as a partner in the litigation group. He will chair the product liability & mass tort practice group. Brock was with Rushton Stakely for 25 years. His practice focuses on trial work and civil litigation. His JD is from the University of Alabama School of Law in Tuscaloosa.
F. Chadwick Morriss also joins as of counsel. He was also a Rushton Stakely lifer. He handles class action defense; insurance fraud; drug & medical device defense; professional liability; and personal injury defense. His JD is also from the University of Alabama School of Law.
