Miami, Florida-based litigation firm Genovese Joblove & Battista has brought on two associates.

Frank Massabki will focus on complex civil and criminal litigation in both federal and state court. He received his JD from the University of Virginia School of Law.

Michael Schuster joins from the dissolved Kluger, Perez, Kaplan & Berlin, where he represented clients in debt restructuring, reorganization and liquidation matters, including Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy proceedings. Schuster got his JD from the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law.
