Hughes Hubbard & Reed has expanded its bankruptcy practice in New York with two hires.
Kathryn Coleman joins from Gibson Dunn, where she was a partner. She represents Chapter 11 debtors in possession, creditors’ committees, secured lenders groups, acquirers of distressed assets in and out of bankruptcy court, and equity stakeholders in connection with troubled investments and portfolio companies.
Eric Fromme joins as counsel. He is a federal-court litigator and corporate reorganization lawyer.
