Cincinnati’s Dinsmore & Shohl and Louisville’s Woodward, Hobson & Fulton have merged, and will operate as Dinsmore & Shohl starting in September.

Founded in 1917, Woodward is a large corporate, litigation and labor & employment law practice with 54 practicing attorneys.

Dinsmore & Shohl, established in 1908, is now one of the largest law firms in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, with 450 attorneys. It has offices in Lexington, Louisville and Frankfort, Kentucky; Cincinnati, Columbus and Dayton, Ohio; Charleston, Morgantown and Wheeling, West Virginia; and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
