Barry Wolf, co-chair of Weil Gotshal’s corporate practice, has been named executive partner. He will succeed Stephen Dannhauser, who will focus on client development once Wolf takes over.
Wolf joined Weil Gotshal as an associate in 1984 and made partner in 1992. In 2005 he was named co-chair of the firm’s corporate practice, a role that will be taken over by Tom Roberts.
Weil, Gotshal & Manges is an international law firm headquartered in New York City. It is one of the largest and most highly regarded law firms in the world, with approximately 1,300 lawyers and gross annual revenue in excess of $1.7 billion.
