The world’s largest mobile phone maker, Nokia, is increasing legal action against Apple, claiming that Apple has violated nearly every patent they own. They include the iPhone on the list of violations.
Nokia recently announced that they have filed another complaint with the US International Trade Commission.
Nokia claims that Apple has violated its intellectual property rights with “virtually all of its mobile phones, portable music players, and computers.”
Nokia is seeking up to $1 billion in damages. It is anticipated that the legal battle will go on for as long as three years.
