Cozen O’Connor Picks up Three from Baker Hostetler

Three partners, two from the antitrust practice and one specializing in immigration and trade, are making the jump from Baker Hostetler to Cozen O’Connor‘s  Washington D.C. office.

Melissa Maxman, who had been chair of the antitrust and trade regulation practice group at Baker Hostetler, and Ronald Wick will join Cozen’s antitrust group. Marcela Stras rounds out the group and brings along her immigration and trade practice.

Cozen O’Connor PC is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The firm was ranked 114th on the AmLaw 200 Survey in 2008, and ranked 89th on the National Law Journal’s list of the 250 Largest American Law Firms in 2007. It has expanded to 23 offices employing over 500 lawyers.
