Howard Schweitzer, former Chief Operating Officer of the Troubled Asset Relief Program, has joined Cozen O’Connor in the firm’s Washington DC office. Schweitzer spend 12 years prior to working for the Treasury Department with the Export-Import Bank of the United States, serving in several roles including General Counsel. Unsurprisingly, his practice at Cozen O’Connor will involve advising domestic and international clients on issues involving the US government.
