Irvin Sandman and Russell Savrann have formed Sandman Savrann, a law firm that will cater to the hospitality industry. A team of 50 will provide counsel for hotel companies on both the East and West coasts. Sandman Savrann will also have two associated firms, Sassoon & Cymrot in Boston and Vandeberg, Johnson & Gandara in Seattle.
