Irvin Sandman and Russell Savrann have formed Sandman Savrann, a law firm that will cater to the hospitality industry. A team of 50 will provide counsel for hotel companies on both the East and West coasts. Sandman Savrann will also have two associated firms, Sassoon & Cymrot in Boston and Vandeberg, Johnson & Gandara in Seattle.

Sandman has focused on regional, national, and international hotel work for 20 years and was the 2008 recipient of the Anthony G. Marshall Hospitality Law award. Savrann has over a decade of in-house service at hospitality companies, first as general counsel for The Ground Round and then as vice president and associate general counsel of Starwood Hotel and Resorts.
