McHale & Slavin in Palm Beach Gardens will represent Gordon & Doner in the trademark infringement suit, along with Doner. “Our lawyer, Michael Slavin, surmises that it may be a ploy to knock us down on Google,” Doner said.
Gordon & Doner spends thousands monthly to rank high in the Google search engine. “A competitor could do this,” Doner said. “This Google and Yahoo stuff is very competitive.”
Gordon & Doner has 11 lawyers with nearly 140 combined years of experience in personal injury and litigation.
