Reed Smith has added two partners to its corporate and securities group in New York. Michael Smith, whose practice focuses on corporate and securities law with regards to international financing moved from Patton Boggs. Kenneth Regensburg, who moved from White & Case, has a practice focused on M&A, public capital markets, private equity, and venture capital.
