Richard Rosenbaum has assumed the role of CEO at Greenberg Traurig. He was preceded in this position by Cesar Alvarez. Rosenbaum joined the firm in 1985 and in his previous role as president he handled strategic decisions for the firm. Rosenbaum will work out of Greenberg’s New York office. Cesar Alvarez has taken the title of executive chairman. Former Greenberg CEO Larry Hoffman will remain chairman of the firm and partner Matthew Gorson will serve as the firm’s sole president.
