Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP signed a lease for 100,000 square feet in a building located at 801 17th St. NW in Washington, D.C. The firm will be the anchor tenant and move into the glass office building in early 2011. Currently Fried Frank has offices at 1001 Pennsylvania Ave. The new building was constructed by The Louis Dreyfus Property Group. The property posted an asking price per square foot of $52 but it is likely the firm will pay less than that in a final deal. Fried Frank will occupy floors 5 through 8.

Fried Frank is an international law firm founded in the 1890s and based in New York City. The firm has 468 attorneys and offices in Frankfurt, Hong Kong, London, Paris, Shanghai and Washington D.C.
