King & Spalding is adding three partners to its litigation practice. Trial lawyers James J. Capra Jr. and James P. Cusick will join the firm’s New York office and Diana L. Weiss will be resident in the Washington D.C. office.
All three are former partners at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe and have backgrounds in accountant liability and financial institution and securities litigation, which they will continue at King & Spalding.
Weiss focuses her practice on financial, accounting and securities-related litigation and regulatory proceedings. Capra caters to litigation of accountant liability, antitrust and other general commercial matters. Cusick is the former global co-head of litigation for Morgan Stanley. He represents accounting firms, financial institutions and other businesses in trial and appellate matters.
