Larose, who will head the financial restructuring practice, focuses his practice on the restructuring of financially troubled entities. He was previously with Dewey & LeBoeuf, where he led the corporate restructuring practice. Kohn practices in the area of business reorganizations, including complex Chapter 11 cases. He also joins the firm from Dewey & LeBoeuf.
Grant represents corporate clients and investment banks in financings and acquisitions, particularly in the healthcare, technology and media industries. He was previously a partner at Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
Winston & Strawn’s New York office has grown to over 200 attorneys and further expansion is expected this year, the firm said in a press release. Winston & Strawn has 14 offices in Asia, Europe and the United States.
