Marc Daniel has joined Arnold & Porter as counsel in the firm’s Washington D.C. office. He will join recent additions John Busillo and Alan Lawrence in the firm’s real estate, bankruptcy and corporate practices.
“Marc has a wealth of experience in originating, selling, and restructuring commercial real estate debt. The turmoil in the capital markets over the past few years is creating additional demand for this expertise,” said Michael Goodwin, head of Arnold & Porter’s real estate practice, said in a press release.
Daniel’s experience includes mortgage and mezzanine financings, workouts and restructurings, along with sales and purchases of mortgage, mezzanine and other real estate-related debt involving a variety of structures and property types.
Arnold & Porter’s real estate practice includes 30 lawyers practicing in New York Washington D.C., Los Angeles and London. The international law firm has more than 675 lawyers with offices in Brussels, Denver, London, Los Angeles, New York, Northern Virginia, San Francisco and Washington D.C.
