Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher has added Jeff Roberts as a partner in its London office. Roberts, who joins the firm from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer , practices corporate law with a focus on international public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity and equity capital markets.

Roberts practiced at Freshfields since 1988 and was a partner at the firm since 1996. He also managed the firm’s Moscow office from 1996-1999.

Gibson Dunn’s London office was founded more than 30 years ago and offers full-service English law representation. The firm has 15 other offices worldwide and more than 1,000 lawyers.
