DLA Piper, one of the largest legal service providers in the world, announced yesterday it will form an alliance with the law firm Campos Mello Advogados in Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiroa.
A February report by Zeughauser Group, a Newport Beach, California, legal consulting firm, stated thirteen law firms based in the U.S., U.K. and Canada had offices in Brazil as of Jan. 15. In addition, the country’s central bank is forecasting 5.8 percent growth this year.

Campos Mello Advogados has lawyers specializing in corporate, finance, real estate, tax and litigation matters.
