K & L Gates has added a pair of partners to its corporate practice in London. Carl L. Liederman joins the firm from Arnold & Porter, where he was head of its European corporate group; and Keith Snedden arrives from Barlow Lyde & Gilbert, where he also led its corporate team.
Liederman has experience in cross-border transactions and counsels on a wide range of corporate and transactional areas, including mergers and acquisitions, complex joint ventures, capital market, and technology and outsourcing agreements. He has advised clients on matters throughout Europe, North and South America, Asia and Africa, according to a firm press release.
“Both Carl and Keith’s considerable experience in dealing with pan-European, complex M&A assignments perfectly complement K&L Gates’ existing multinational corporate practice,” said Tony Griffiths, administrative partner of the firm’s London office.
K&L Gates has 35 offices located in North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
