Of Counsel Heidi E. Harvey said the firm began the pro bono program in 1992 and it expanded as more attorneys were added to Fish & Richardson.
“Although we are historically an IP boutique, as the firm grew and added attorneys with lots of different backgrounds, the interest and support for pro bono also grew,” Harvey said. “One of the most satisfying things to me is to look at the firm today, 18 years later, and see that firm wide commitment to and participation in pro bono work.”
Fish & Richardson has more than 400 lawyers with 11 offices in the United States and Germany.
