With offices in Manchester, Portsmouth, and Concord, New Hampshire and Woburn, Massachusetts, the McLane Law Firm announced Friday it’s absorbed the Colucci Norman Law Firm, of Beverly, Massachusetts.
Corporate lawyers John Colucci, William Norman, and Larry Plavnik will join the practice, along with Andrew Botti, a litigator.
Founded in 1919, McLane is the largest and most diverse law firm in the state of New Hampshire. With more than 85 attorneys and more than 25 legal assistants, the firm works with all types of clients in New England and beyond to deliver solutions that are customized and cost-effective.
According to the press release at McLane’s website: “Bringing the Colucci Norman team onboard delivers an opportunity for McLane to establish an immediate and trusted presence within the North Shore business community, a strategic goal we have been working towards for years,” says Steven Burke, managing director of the firm’s Boston area office in Woburn.
“In a time when most Massachusetts firms are retracting, we’re happy to be bucking the trend. McLane has seen a revenue increase of more than 40% over the past 5 years,” says Burke. “It goes to show that the breadth and depth of McLane’s legal expertise and the fee structure we offer is really taking hold for Massachusetts business owners who are looking to control costs.”
