Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) magazine has recognized Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto in two categories in its recent 2010 North American Awards. The firm received an award for Firm of the Year in Pharmaceutical IP Litigation, its third consecutive, and another for Firm of the Year in the Life Science/Biotechnology category, a first.
