According to a Reuters evening post, both Bryan Cave and Venable have welcomed two new partners.
Bryan has brought on board Paul Huey-Burns at its Washington, D.C., office. Huey-will bolster the firm’s securities litigation and enforcement and white collar defense and investigations client service groups.
Venable announced the addition of Hamid Rafatjoo.  Rafatjoo will join the firm’s los Angeles stable as a bankruptcy partner. Per Reuters, he comes to Venable from Los Angeles bankruptcy boutique Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones LLP.
Bryan Cave is an international general practice law firm with 25 offices nationwide. The firm was founded in 1873 and has approximately 1,200 attorneys.
Venable LLP maintains six Northeastern US offices and specializes in patent litigation, labor and employment law and white collar investigations. Venable employs nearly 600 attorneys.
