Insurance and Regulatory Authority Cope Brings Practice to Schuyler, Roche & Crisham, P.C.

Carrie E. Cope, who is known by industry insiders for her expert commentary on the D&O “Duty to Defend” debate with the New York Insurance Department, and who is widely regarded as an authority on insurance and regulatory law, will bring her Regulatory and Compliance and Specialty Lines Claims practices to Schuyler, Roche & Crisham, P.C.

Carrie’s new role as a shareholder with the firm will enable her to continue building her practice areas while adding a unique set of legal skills to Schuyler Roche & Crisham’s insurance practice.
