Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP recently announced that Margot B. Schonholtz and Ana M. Alfonso joined the firm as partners in the Business Reorganization and Restructuring Department in New York. Both were formerly partners at Kaye Scholer LLP.
With 30 years of experience, Ms. Schortholtz is among an elite group of practitioners specializing in a variety of areas, including representing leading institutional creditors, and agents to syndicated lending groups.
Ms. Alfonso is also a leader in representing secured lenders, debtors, trustees, committees, unsecured creditors and other parties facing bankruptcy and insolvency-related issues.
