Per BusinessWire: Littler Mendelson today announced that Thomas Benjamin “Ben” Huggett will join the firm’s ranks as a shareholder at its Philadelphia office. Prior to coming over to Littler, Huggett was a partner at Morgan Lewis & Bockius and is widely respected for his expertise in OSHA and Mine Safety and Health matters. Huggett also has extensive experience litigating cases under the National Labor Relations Act. Huggett brings with him a large client portfolio and he states that Littler will provide a broad national platform from which to better serve those clients.
