Per a brief late day Washington Post piece, Ronald Meisburg, general counsel of the National Labor Relations Board since 2006, is joining Proskauer Rose as a partner in the law firm’s labor and employment law department.
Nominated by President Bush, and subsequently re-appointed to further service under the Obama administration, Meisburg’s tenure was set to expire in August of this year.
