A five-member intellectual property team led by partner Dr. Sunwoo Lee has left Holland & Knight’s Washington D.C. office for Roetzel & Andress.
Joining Lee in the move are partner Jon B. Crocker, associates Dr. Baldine B. Paul and Benjamin E. Maskell, and patent agent Donald L. Monin Jr.
According to a press release, the team will counsel all Roetzel & Andress’ clients in all aspects of IP law. Their practice includes the litigation of patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets, and the preparation of opinions, licensing, due diligence, and client counseling on patent mining and strategic patent portfolios.
They also assist clients with the prosecution of patents and the management of both domestic and foreign patent and trademark portfolios.
