Energy Team Bolts Hogan Lovells for King & Spalding

A team of five energy transaction lawyers has left the newly-formed megafirm Hogan Lovells for King & Spalding. Leading the group is partner Garry Pegg, who becomes co-managing partner of King & Spalding’s London office.

Joining Pegg are partner Hywel Jones, counsel Nina Howell and associates Leon Sosnowski and Susanna Marshall. Pegg was the co-chair of the global energy and natural resources practice at Hogan Lovells as well as the London office managing partner of its predecessor firm, Hogan & Hartson.
