Dechert LLP announced today it has added three partners to its Washington, D.C. office.
Thomas P. Vartanian, David L. Ansell, and Robert H. Ledig were all partners at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP.
For over 25 years, Vartanian, Ansell, and Ledig have worked together counseling many different types of organizations, including commercial and investment banks, holding companies, housing-oriented government-sponsored enterprises (GSEs), and financial trade associations.

Ledig advises financial institutions on corporate, regulatory and enforcement, and litigation issues.
