 Texas-based business firm Cox Smith Matthews is opening a new office in El Paso with five lawyers from the El Paso office of Brown McCarroll LLP.With a focus on immigration counseling, the office will consist of shareholders Kathleen Campbell Walker, Mark Walker and Edward Rios; and associates David Mirazo and Lisa Rios. Campbell Walker, Edward Rios and Lisa Rios have practices focusing on immigration law and cross-border transactions. Walker and Mirazo maintain litigation practices.
