BuckleySandler Gains Three Counsel

BuckleySandler LLP , a leading financial services and criminal and civil enforcement defense law firm, has added counsel to each of its three offices. Joining the firm are Warren Traiger in New York, John Stoner in Los Angeles and Howard Eisenhardt in Washington D.C.

Traiger, formerly a partner at McConnell, Dunning & Barwick, brings significant expertise on the Community Reinvestment Act (“CRA”) as well as fair lending compliance and analysis experience. Stoner, also a former partner at McConnell, Dunning & Barwick, has substantial warehouse lending expertise and extensive transactional experience to the Firm’s growing Los Angeles Office. Eisenhardt has served as in-house counsel for many years and most recently was the Director of Privacy at KeyBank from 2007 to 2010. provides expertise on privacy, data security, bank deposits, anti-money laundering, and the Bank Secrecy Act.

BuckleySandler also announced the promotion of associate, Victoria Holstein-Childress, to counsel.
