According to the press release at PR Newswire, Henry Cohen is a director at the firm and a member of the Business, Estates and Trusts, International Tax Advisory Services, Mergers and Acquisitions and Tax groups.
Christopher Farrell is a director at the firm and member of the Estates and Trusts Group.
Bruce Gabler is a director at the firm and chair of the ERISA and Employee Benefits Group.
