Fox Rothschild LLP continued its program of steady expansion with the addition of six tax and estate attorneys from Hackensack-based Deener, Hirsch & Shramenko, P.C. Joining Fox Rothschild in northern New Jersey are Jerome A. Deener, Debra T. Hirsch and Adam M. Grenker as partners; and Julia S. Epstein, Erica J. Goldberg and Cornelius O’Reilly as counsel.

While all six attorneys will be joining the firm’s Roseland office, Fox Rothschild plans to maintain a presence in Hackensack as well.
Deener is a nationally recognized estate planning attorney and tax litigator who focuses his practice in individual, corporate and estate planning, real estate and taxation.
With more than 20 years of tax law experience, Hirsch represents clients in federal and state estate and gift tax planning, charitable planning, preparation of wills and trusts and estate administration.
Grenker focuses his practice on estate, gift and income taxation, estate planning, estate and trust administration, and federal and state tax controversies. He also counsels closely held businesses and nonprofit organizations and advises clients on succession planning issues.
Epstein focuses her practice on all matters related to probate litigation. She has substantial trial experience and has handled various general commercial litigation matters and defended clients in white-collar criminal cases.
Goldberg focuses her practice on domestic estate and tax planning with a concentration on estate administration and charitable planning.
O’Reilly focuses his practice on estate controversy and probate litigation and criminal tax law as well as federal and multistate taxation issues. He represents individuals and corporations concerning tax planning, audits, appeals and litigation and counsels taxpayers in IRS compromises, audits and appeals.
