Gotts’ practice focuses on litigation and trial of intellectual property disputes, including patent, trademark, trade secret and copyright matters. He will join the firm’s global intellectual property litigation practice Group.

Kornreich’s practice focuses on representing arrangers and borrowers in syndicated bank financings within the energy sector, including MLP financings, sponsor backed acquisition financings, asset based lending facilities, first and second lien financings, and project financings.
Kornreich has particular experience representing parties involved in financings in the oil and gas sector, as well as participants in the power and renewable industry.
